Heng Yue Seminar
Seminars:
Learn from the best
Seminar by Artist Heng Yue
Born in the 1970s in Yueyang, Hunan, China, Heng Yue has had a deep passion for art, fine arts, Chinese calligraphy, and seal carving since childhood. However, he never received formal education or training in these fields. It wasn’t until the age of 28 that he began to teach himself painting and tattooing.
Since tattooing in China developed relatively late, he has always valued communication and sharing and has helped many other tattoo artists.
Heng Yue will be travelling from China to share his approach to tattooing.

His work is primarily creative-based, with a philosophy centered on designing tattoos unique to each individual. He tailors each piece based on the client’s body shape, muscle structure, and desired elements, creating designs on-site through discussion rather than relying on pre-drawn sketches. He believes that pre-drawn designs feel like lifeless copies, whereas his approach ensures that every tattoo is truly one of a kind.
